48 Hours Spotlights Central Florida Criminal Defense

If you are not familiar with the show, 48 Hours is a CBS tv show that investigates intriguing crime and justice cases that touch on all aspects of the human experience. Recently 48 Hours spotlighted Denise Williams who was recently convicted of plotting to murder her husband, Mike Williams in 2000. She was recently sentenced to life in prison plus 30 years for her role in her husband death. She will most likely spend the rest of her life in prison at the Gadsden Correctional Facility for woman. 48 Hours also indirectly spotlights the Central Florida Criminal Defense Attorney's because you watch the process of Denise Williams being questioned, investigated, and eventually needing a lawyer when she is arrested.

We are not sure what Central Florida Criminal Defense Attorney represented Denise Williams through her process, and we can't make an opinion on how her case was handled. It does bring up some things about going through criminal proceedings. Hopefully, you are not going through something that would make 48 hours want to do a tv show about your crime, but even if you are, you will need a Criminal Defense Attorney. Your fate will eventually be based on how your Criminal Defense Attorney handles your case. The top Criminal Defense Attorney's will fight the State and prosecution vigorously. Now, remember you are innocent until proven guilty, so the State Attorney has to prove that you're sentenced to a jury. Your Criminal Defense Attorney job is only to make that Jury understand that the State did not prove their case.

If you find yourself in Central Florida in need of Criminal Defense, Kaigle Law will vigorously fight the State Attorney's Office for you. Starting discovery with what the State evidence on you is the most important thing, and you need to move fast. We will help you form a defense for the actions and fight.
